- Additional security hardening (where applicable)
- Minor content updates included under a fair use allowance
- Included content help: up to 30 minutes per month
Tier 3: Growth Care + Basic SEO
Best for: businesses that want ongoing improvements tied to leads, enquiries, and conversions.- Includes everything in Protect + Support, plus:
- Monthly action plan (what we will improve and why)
- Conversion tracking checks (forms, calls, key actions)
- On-page SEO and AI visibility hygiene checks (titles, meta, internal links, schema spot checks)
- Quarterly roadmap review
- Included improvement time: monthly allowance 60 minutes
What counts as a “minor content update”
Minor updates are small adjustments on existing pages, for example:
- Text changes, swapping an image, updating a link
- Adding a testimonial
- Updating staff bios
- Small layout tweaks within the existing page structure
Not minor:
- New pages, new sections, new design layouts
- New features, custom development, integrations
- Copywriting projects, SEO content creation
- E-commerce catalogue work and product uploads (unless specifically included)
How onboarding works
- Site review: confirm WordPress version, theme, plugin stack, hosting requirements, and current risks.
- Access setup: admin login, hosting, domain, DNS, analytics.
- Baseline: initial backup, monitoring connected, security scanning configured.
- First report: we confirm the site is stable and tracking is correct.
