Common questions about Orbit
Do I need any technical skills to use this?
No. If you can send a message on your phone, you can use Orbit. You download Slack, we set everything else up. The most technical thing you will do is type a message to Orbit AI.
Will content sound like my business or like a robot?
That depends entirely on the onboarding session. We spend 90 minutes loading Orbit AI with your tone of voice, your audience, your services, and your brand personality. When that is done properly, the content sounds like you. We have seen clients genuinely ask if we wrote it ourselves.
Can Orbit AI post automatically without me approving?
No — and that is by design. Orbit AI drafts and queues content, but nothing is published until you type an approval in Slack. You stay in control of your brand at all times.
How long does it take to set up?
Most clients are fully live within 5–7 business days. The setup fee covers everything — workspace creation, all integrations, brand voice loading, and the onboarding call.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Both plans are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice and we will close out the account cleanly. There are no lock-in contracts or exit fees.
Does this replace my current SEO agency?
For most of our clients, yes. Orbit covers keyword tracking, content creation, Google Business management, and monthly SEO reporting. If you are doing high-level link building campaigns or technical SEO remediation, that is a separate conversation — but for the majority of service businesses, Orbit covers what an agency was doing.
What platforms does Orbit post to?
Core plan covers Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile. The Growth plan adds LinkedIn and includes Meta and Google Ads monitoring. We can discuss adding platforms case by case.
How much time do I actually need to spend on this?
Realistically, 30–60 minutes a week. You spend a few minutes approving content Orbit AI drafts, and once a month you review the SEO summary we send you. That is it. Orbit AI handles the rest.
